Pay attention when installing the spring throat band

The following points should be paid attention to when installing the spring throat hoop:

(1) The distance L between the clasp and the end tube should be controlled. L control should be combined with the instruction manual, when the gap between the two pipe ends is the smallest, to ensure that the clamp just stick to the inclined plane.

(2) In the case of determining the position of the clamp, the size of the gap between the two pipe ends should be determined by calculation according to the elongation of the pipeline and the environmental temperature during construction. The deviation of size should be ensured during construction.

(3) Under the premise of a certain moving distance, the greater the error of the weld height and width of the clasp and the perpendicularity between the clasp plane and the axis of the end tube, the smaller the expansion of the joint and the worse the use effect.

(4) Splash impurities during welding of end pipe and clasp affect the sealing of end pipe. Welding slag on the sealing surface should be removed before installation to ensure the sealing effect.
